Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to lead our cancer nursing in the community team based within the Huntington area. The service operates from Hinchingbrooke Hospital and provides bespoke care to cancer patients in their own homes and local community. We are looking for a part time (30 hours per week) team leader who can support and develop the team as well as driving forward innovation and change.

Main duties of the job
To line manage the cancer nursing in the community team within the Huntingdon area which comprises of Registered Nurses, Health Care Assistant and a Team Administrator.
To drive innovation and change within the service.
To work closely with the team covering the Peterborough area and ensure strong team working and uniformity of practice.
