Main duties of the job

As a Housekeeper, you will work as an integral part of the Women's Health/EGAU team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation and efficiency in the department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and staff.
  • Stock management - ordering, storing and maintaining medical and non-medical supplies.
  • Monitoring and reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues to the relevant departments.
  • Supporting catering services - ensuring appropriate food distribution, assisting patients with meals and maintaining hygiene standards in food storage and preparation areas.
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the department, working alongside nurses and clinical teams to enhance patient experience.
Working Hours & Benefits:
  • Monday - Friday,8 AM - 4 PM (excluding bank holidays)
