What We're Looking For

Strong design background - you'll ensure architectural excellence, user-focused solutions and alignment with NHS Hospital 2.0 standards.
Proven experience in delivering large-scale construction programmes, ideally in the healthcare sector.
Strategic and commercial leadership, with expertise in procurement, governance and risk management.
Ability to engage, influence and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies.

Main duties of the job

Lead the design and construction elements of the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme (HHRP).
Drive procurement strategies, ensuring best value for money.
Oversee the integration of cutting-edge digital and sustainable design.
Build and manage project teams, ensuring alignment with NHS and government regulations.
