Main duties of the job

About the Role

As a Band 5 Paediatric Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to children and young people across a range of conditions.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and Trust standards.
