Main duties of the job
About the Role
As a Band 5 Paediatric Nurse, you will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to children and young people across a range of conditions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and Trust standards.
