Join Our Team as a Pre-Assessment Administrative AssistantEfficient, Professional, and Patient-Centred Care

Are you organised, detail-oriented and passionate about providing exceptional administrative support? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join the Pre-Assessment Service and contribute to support patients in their pre-assessment journey.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently arranging appointments for patients, ensuring that the digital pre-assessment system is consistently updated.

You will work closely with the Pre-Assessment Team, providing crucial administrative support

Main duties of the job

  • Schedule patient pre-assessment appointments, ensuring a variety of date options are offered.
  • Respond to patient and staff queries promptly, escalating to clinical staff when necessary.
  • Create clinic packs, and ensure documentation is correctly filed.
  • Ensure completion of administrative outcomes.
  • Support the Pre-Assessment Team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
