Are you enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic? We are seeking a dedicated Administration Clerk to join our busy Fracture Clinic, Orthopaedic, and Rheumatology Outpatient Department at Peterborough City Hospital.

About the Role:This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday) in a fast-paced department that provides care for adults and children with a variety of orthopaedic and rheumatological conditions. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the delivery of excellent patient care.

Main duties of the job

  • Preparing patient notes (both electronic and paper).
  • Receiving and making phone calls, ensuring professional communication.
  • Ordering and managing stationery for the department.
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support clinical workflows.
  • Providing general administrative support to the clinical team.
