Are you passionate about patient care and eager to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Therapeutic Radiographer to join our dynamic Pre-treatment and Treatment Delivery team.
As a Therapeutic Radiographer, you will play a crucial role in providing a highly specialist clinical and technical service. You will be involved in the comprehensive care of patients undergoing Radiotherapy treatment, ensuring that each patient receives optimal treatment delivery.
Main duties of the job
- Patient Treatment Evaluation: Critically evaluate all aspects of patient treatment to ensure optimal delivery, working closely with senior team leaders.
- Patient Support and Information: Provide essential support and information to cancer patients and their carers, maintaining a high level of patient care. Communicate complex and delicate information with the utmost tact and sensitivity.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with oncologists, physicists, radiographers, technicians, clerical staff, and other professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
