Main duties of the job

  • Lead and deliver projects within the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme.
  • Define project scopes, develop plans, and manage budgets to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions and drive change.
  • Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee integration of sustainability and digital advancements into the new healthcare facility.
  • Provide leadership and ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with programme goals.
