Job summary
We require a confident, knowledgeable Registered Nurse to support our registered nurses working for our flexible staffing services bank and agency.
You will be committed to the delivery of high quality patient care by this cohort of staff, by ensuring the apprise training, education and competence is in place and managing performance where required.
Main duties of the job
To support and advice the FSS management team about clinical practice for temporary , bank and agency staff.
To provide opportunities for training and education and ongoing professional development , following the Trusts competency framework to support the delivery of high quality patient care through monitoring patient outcomes, delivering Education , and training and supporting competency assessments where required. Ensuring clinical viability in all clinical areas across the Trust.At all times promoting Trust Values and supporting and promoting wellbeing .
Working in collaboration with the local FSS and external Nursing agencies to maintain and manage clinical concerns where applicable and reviewing practice.
