Job summary

We are specifically looking for individuals who can bring recent and significant senior level digital and transformation experience from complex organisations or similar industries. Successful candidates will have a significant track record of supporting improvement in customer and staff outcomes sustained over time, facilitated by digital change. You will be committed to the very best patient and staff experience and have some knowledge of the current landscape in digital health, digital skills, and health care innovation.

Main duties of the job

Key areas of focus:

The use of data and engagement for strategic change and evaluation, design and deployment of safe and secure digital health care systems, organisational development and skills, and supporting NWAFT to innovate and improve effectively.
