Main duties of the job

All the roles are permanent and offered on a full-time and part-time basis. Flexible working opportunities would be considered where possible.

Typical shift patterns are 07:00 - 19:30 and 19:00 - 07:30, across all seven days of the week (including bank holidays)

Your daily duties will be performed under the kind supervision of our registered staff. The main duties may include:

  • Personal care, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort, and safety.
  • Help patients move around.
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable clinical environment to live and work in.
  • Communicate to patients and their families

You will receive a comprehensive induction and training programme, ensuring you are well equipped with the right skills and knowledge to perform your daily duties. Our dedicated education team will support you in obtaining the national Care Certificate.

  • Maths and English skills equivalent to Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy
