Job summary
To support and assist the Accommodation Manager and Domestic Team in the provision of a safe, clean, efficient and high quality living environment for NHS Staff.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will undertake tasks across the staff residential accommodation as set out in the work schedules and requested by line management that they are competent to do.
Understands post role, routine and repetitive procedures.
Organise their routine to incorporate regular daily/weekly/monthly task requirements and schedule work requirements to the most efficient way with guidance from line manager and senior colleagues.
The post holder will need to work without supervision when carrying out tasks as directed by senior colleagues
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Make beds, replace linens, and restock room and facility supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, kitchens, and workspaces. Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
