Main duties of the job
Responsibilities:
*LMS Administration: Maintain and update our LMS platform, ensuring seamless access to training materials and resources.
*Class Booking: Coordinate training sessions, manage schedules, and facilitate smooth class bookings for hospital staff.
*Compliance Data Management: Monitor and report on mandatory training requirements, ensuring staff meet regulatory standards.
*Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, ensuring effective communication and organisation.

- Previous administration experience preferably within a learning and development environment.
- Previous experience of working in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management
- Able to organise, prioritise and adjust own workload in relation to the priorities of the department daily
- The ability to suggest changes to own practice
- Demonstrates personal duty of care in relation to the safe use of equipment and other resources
- Maintains the quality in own work
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
