Job summary
We have a vacancy which has arisen in the Outpatient Administration team, for a full-time role (37.5hrs) based at Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge.
This role will include out-patient reception duties with face-to-face contact with a wide range of patients and visitors, co-ordinating clinics with the clinical teams, working with a variety of software packages to facilitate our video consultations, all worked on a roster basis
You will need experience of dealing with competing and challenging deadlines within a fast-paced out-patient clinic area where clinic delivery and attendance has changed significantly over the past 2 years. You should have a good understanding of RTT and patient pathways. You should be able to work with key stakeholders to help drive service improvements within clinical administration and out-patients and possess excellent communication skills.

This is a great opportunity to work in a role where you can make a real difference to the delivery of patient care whilst working within a supportive team with training provided to meet the demands of the role.
Ideally, candidates should have:
*High level of organisational skills
*Excellent communication skills with direct patient contact
*Keyboard skills and knowledge of the Microsoft suite
*The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
