Job summary
The Trust Estates team provides overarching management of the PFI contract for the Trust ensuring that the services we receive meet the standards expected
The post holder will provide a high quality multi skilled estates monitoring function of hospital assets flush tap shower outlets, fit replace tap filters bio guards, move office furniture and equipment, and support the Estates and Facilities team as required.
Help to support the efficient running of the linen distribution, escalating issues to the Soft Services Manager and assist in the effective delivery of all services outlined in the outsourced PFI Contract covering E&F.
Main duties of the job
You will be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills, the ability to disseminate information clearly and concisely, and be able to work closely with other team members and external to E&F.
Work with Estates operational managers to ensure the departmental objectives are cascaded and adopted by all direct and indirect employed staff.
The role requires a full clean drivers licence with commercial vehicle (van) as driving between sites under the demise of the Trust is required.
