IUC/111 Forecasting and Capacity Planning Co-Ordinator
Working within the Integrated Urgent Care (NHS 111) Workforce Team, the Forecasting and Capacity Planning Co-ordinator is responsible for the production of patient demand forecasts, and capacity and budget plans in accordance with Trust requirements.
The role requires the post holder to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources in line with agreed planning periods, skills, contracted hours, budgetary constraints, and delivery of a safe service for patients.
The role also requires the post holder to ensure the best use of workforce planning tools and to provide advice on the future allocation of resources and budget within IUC Operations.
Main duties of the job
Working within the Workforce Team, the Forecasting and Capacity Planning Co-ordinatoris responsible forthe production of patient demand forecasts, and capacity and budget plansin accordance withTrust requirements. The post holder will work on own initiative, taking advice from their manager asrequiredwith reviews of work.
