Job summary
We are currently recruiting for 1x Substantive A&E Operations Team Leader at Hull East AS and 1x Secondment position within the Hull and East Yorkshire CBU . We are seeking Paramedics, ideally with experience in similar roles in response-led ambulance services. NHS and A&E Operations experience is essential. Importantly, you will have a demonstrable track record of staff mentorship, support and leadership where you have shown the ability to lead a varied team.
To enable us to meet the future needs for our services, we have invested significantly in our emergency operations and have embarked on a period of transformation aligning our emergency and urgent care services with those of the wider healthcare economy.
Through this Transformation Programme of "Team Based Working" in which we have restructured our emergency operations leadership team and are seeking further innovative thinkers with strong and inspirational leadership style to take on the exciting and challenging roles of Team Leader.

You will bring a structured yet agile approach to planning within your Team which will deliver real benefit to day-to-day operations.
