We are looking to Recruit a Fixed Term Temporary Patient Flow Coordinator (6-months), who will be based at Scarborough Hospital.

Main duties of the job

You will assist the Hospital Bed Management team to effectively coordinate planned and unplanned discharges, monitor patient flow and organise and facilitate the transport needs of patients to support the hospital bed stock and resources.The post holder will act as a central point of reference for transportation needs within the hospital setting. Establish and develop a professional working relationship with Acute Hospital HCP's and Management, patients, members of the public, colleagues and other health and social care professionals.Based at Scarborough General Hospital but may need to visit other sites within the trust.

  • 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above including English or equivalent level qualification
  • Customer Care NVQ level 2 in Customer Care
