Job summary

We are seeking an experienced digital learning resource developer with proven skills in developing engaging, high-quality multimedia, eLearning, and interactive online learning resources. You will work closely with our educators and subject experts to develop a range of solutions that will enrich and sustain the delivery of learning within YAS. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Trust's learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning environments (VLE), including ESR and Totara.

YAS Academy delivers learning and development opportunities to staff and volunteers in Yorkshire Ambulance Service. To enable us to meet the needs of our service, we are seeking colleagues with the experience and skills to deliver outstanding performance and contribute to the enhancement of education within YAS.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of this role are to:

Design, develop and support a range of digital learning solutions that will enrich and sustain learning delivery within YAS.

Work collaboratively with educators and subject experts to develop interactive learning solutions to support blended learning.

Support the development and maintenance of the Trust's learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning environments (VLE) including design, implementation, reporting and end-user support.
