We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Customer Engagement and Business Development, based in Sheffield. This pivotal role will see you leading a dedicated team to deliver expert NHS Procurement-focused customer engagement to procurement professionals in NHS Member and non-member and other public sector organisations

Main duties of the job
As the Head of Customer Engagement and Business Development, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a comprehensive customer engagement and business development strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
o Leading a team of customer engagement and business development specialists.o Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.o Managing key customer and stakeholder relationships at all levels including ICS.o Driving continuous improvement in service delivery.o Being the face of NOECPC at events and in the media.o Collaborating with stakeholders including category procurement colleagues to identify and drive framework growth in spend under management.About You:
We are looking for someone who is:o An excellent communicator with strong leadership skills.o Extensive experience managing customer engagement and business development functions to NHS procurement professionals or a similar field.o Creative and innovative in developing business development strategies.o Organised, with exceptional attention to detail.o Passionate about contributing to the improvement of NHS services.

The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialised services across the country.
