Job summary
The post holder will work within the Applications Management and Integration team to provide second line support and administration duties within the following areas:System SupportSystem administrationGeneral Support administrationUser LiaisonBasic Data analysis Information Governance compliance checksData input error resolution
You will provide day-to-day second line support/problem resolution for the Trust's digital systems and integrations under the Informatics portfolio.
Main duties of the job
o Assists in ensuring all systems documentation internal and external are maintained to the required standards.o Controlling Access to clinical Systems for all userso Monitoring of systems operability and escalating where issues ariseo Makes changes to required system access rights, for user(s) moving around the Trust as instructed by operational manager or workforce planning.o Highlight and ensure resolution of identified duplicate patient records in line with standard operating procedures
