We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Older People's Service, we are looking to recruit a Clinical Team Manger to work within our North Older Peoples CMHT, MAS and YPWD Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to use their excellent clinical, interpersonal and management skills to provide continuous leadership and to ensure high quality of care is delivered to our older population who require input from secondary mental health services
The successful applicant will provide operational leadership to the North OPS CMHT, the Memory Assessment Service (MAS) both services are based at Millfield House, and the (YPWD) Younger People with Dementia Team who are based at St Marys Hospital.

You will become a key member of the Community Mental Health Service Leadership Team, working closely alongside the Clinical Operational Managers and members of the Senior Leadership Team.
As part of your role, you will also work with various professions of the MDT these will include Lead
Consultants, Lead Psychologists/Psychotherapists and Clinical Team Manager colleagues from the Community Mental Health Team across the city, as well as CTM Colleagues from the urgent care services across Older Peoples Services.
Alongside this, you will play a key role in the quality improvements and innovations across the care group.
Within your role as Clinical Team Manager the services you shall manage within the North and West of the city will be as follows OPS CMHT, MAS and the YPWD Teams.
LYPFT also work in partnership with the Alzheimers Society, and as part of your role as CTM you will have the opportunity to work in partnership with AS Managers and to offer general leadership and supervision to the Memory Support Workers who work across the North of the city.
The role requires highly developed skills in both clinical and management supervision, performance management, risk management and an overall approach that is both engaging and supportive to the Team, the wider MDT and the Senior Leadership Team.
Also, a key function of the role is to ensure effective service delivery is maintained
This also offers exciting opportunities for the successful candidate to innovate and implement evidenced based approaches to enhance the delivery of the highest quality care
The successful candidate will be supported in their own management leadership development through regular supervision, appraisal and appropriate study through further learning and involvement in external and internal organisational projects.
