Working for Leeds & York Partnership Foundation Trust you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the pharmacy team ensuring that there are learning and development opportunities available across the organisation to support both the pharmacy and wider workforce to develop into competent individuals with fulfilling roles.
Working as part of a supportive senior pharmacy team, you will use your expertise and drive, to lead, deliver and develop the LYPFT pharmacy workforce development plan and training offer, and link with multiprofessional partners both within and external to the organisation to ensure that medicines relevant roles are developed and supported.

You will be expected to lead, develop and support an established team providing an environment which allows individuals to flourish.

The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds.
