This is a permanent full-time Occupational Therapist post working within the Link-ED Adult Eating Disorder Service, across West Yorkshire. We have recently been given the opportunity to grow our MDT which has enabled this leadership role to be created. You will have some experience of working with individuals with an eating disorder to provide advice and consultation for CMHTs whilst also delivering psychoeducation groups and drop in clinics for service users. Within this role, there will be strong support for research and development. You will support the Clinical Team Manager and wider MDT to complete a service evaluation.
Main duties of the job
You will work closely with your Eating Disorder peers both within Link-ED and the wider CONNECT eating disorder teams, to support smooth transitions of care across the teams for service users.
The trust has an established management and clinical support structure, regular clinical and management supervision and access to peer support and other development opportunities.
