Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community clinician to join the LMWS management team, with a specific focus on the PCMH element. The role will involve providing managerial link support to the LYPFT clinicians working in LMWS. In addition, other elements of the role will involve providing clinical advice and supporting wider service improvements from an operational perspective. As well as being an integral part of supporting with the wider transformation of community mental health services in Leeds.

Main duties of the job

The CTM role will provide LYPFT a managerial link support for approximately 12 clinicians; these duties will include overseeing the roster, managing attendance and wellbeing, leading on LYPFT recruitment, and supporting inductions and other HR specific tasks that cannot be completed within the PCMH matrix management structure.

CTM responsibilities will also include providing clinical advice and support, by delivering clinical supervision both formally and informally. There is an expectation that this role will support operationally with embedding and evaluating new ways of working.

The CTM will work alongside other LMWS managers and support in a timely and supportive way to ensure the daily smooth operations of the PCMH element.

CTM will also work alongside other CTM's within the wider LYPFT community services as part of the transformation model - transforming community mental health services across the city of Leeds.

  • Evidence of ongoing and recent post qualification continuous development
