Job summary

The post holder will work as part of a dynamic eCommerce team in the delivery of an efficient and effective procurement and logistics service including the delivery of savings and data quality initiatives across LYPFT and LCH, supporting the wider procurement and logistics teams and wider Trust stakeholders.

As part of the team, you will assist the eCommerce Manager to develop and evolve catalogue, inventory, scheduling data so that transactions are right first time and enable dynamic real time spend analysis, savings and KPI reporting.

Main duties of the job

You will assist in the management of all procurement systems, purchase to pay, eSourcing, inventory, and spend analysis platforms, databases, and catalogue solutions.

You will work with the wider procurement team in the creation of catalogue and/or inventory data that facilitates the automation of transactions within systems ensuring that data is accurate and available for use within the Trusts standing financial instructions.

The Post holder will provide guidance in the creation of tenders and quotation processes to enable accurate catalogue and inventory data and engage with suppliers to ensure the data required is to NHS approved standards.
