Job summary
  The Booking Officer provides effective and efficient administration and clerical support to the Endoscopy Department, working independently and to standard operating procedures.
The booking office book patients in for their Endoscopy test working to local and national waiting time directives. The successful post holder will provide a professional service to patients that is responsive to their needs.

  This role will involve booking patients in for their Endoscopy test working to local and national waiting time directives. You will also provide a professional service to patients that is responsive to their needs.
The post holder will provide a high-quality administration service within the Endoscopy Department.
