Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paediatric Nurse to join our paediatric team as Senior Clinical Educator. We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Nurse who is compassionate , dynamic and has extensive Paediatric clinical experience.

Main duties of the job

To lead and manage Child Health Clinical Educators.

To contribute professional expertise throughout the Trust and with external stakeholders

To deliver a range of clinical education, including courses that have external accreditation.

To work with other educational leaders and staff to deliver the Trust's education strategy

To contribute towards Essential and Essential to Role training

To analyse training needs, collect data, evaluate and report on training

To oversee finance related to the team - resources, income and expenditure
