Job summary
If you have been working as a Band 5 Dietitian with an interest and some experience working with adults who have diabetes and are looking to move to the next step in your career this part time role might be for you.
The successful candidate will join our team of 28 staff (dietitians, a nutrition support nurse, assistant dietitian practitioners and an administrative assistant) who are based at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
The Trust supports remote working and working from home for all team members as appropriate to role and services.
