Job summary
To co-ordinate and drive forwards delivery of QSI and IQIPS accreditation and to enable this to be maintained.
Main duties of the job
- Communicate complex or sensitive information with all levels of staff.
- Influence and motivate clinical and non-clinical staff across the Trust to change processes or practice.
- Engage all stakeholders, including patient and public, in improvement projects.
- Facilitate training sessions of groups of staff and coach individuals.
- Make formal presentations to large groups.
- BSc in Healthcare Science subject or equivalent
- Experience / knowledge of quality and education processes at a senior level.
- Experience of service transformation, design and development.
- Understand complex data and information to take decisions about the scope and direction of the programme and to monitor its impact.
- Analyse information to gain greater understanding about problem areas and use this information to influence behaviours and challenge current processes and practice.
- Work with clinical staff to facilitate, design and implement efficient and effective programmes that improve patient care and experience.
- Assist where necessary in the development of policy and service developments within and across divisions, and into the health community.
- Experience of facilitating large groups of difficult staff using a range of skills and tools
- Train staff in project management skills
