EMU Sister/Charge Nurse
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our friendly team to work with us on the EMU at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
There are 2 vacancies-
Position 1= 34.5 hrs on a 6 month secondment
Position 2= 26.5 hrs permanently
Main duties of the job
To provide excellence in nursing care to our patients. To deputise for the matron and take charge of the ward. To provide professional nursing leadership, guidance and clinical advice to staff members.
To assist in the effective operational management of the ward and flow of patients within the hospital, concentrating on the provision of quality care for patients.
