Job summary
The post holder will be involved in all aspects of day to day directorate based medical staffing workload, and will play a key role in liaison and communication with the directorate management team, medical staff, the Medical Staffing and Education Services department.
Main duties of the job
To work with the Service Manager on the delivery of the directorate based medical staffing workload. This includes working alongside the Medical Staffing Department, Clinical Director and Education Services Department.Day to day duties include; recruitment and selection of medical staff, arranging training, maintaining accurate records, resolving operational problems to ensure there is appropriate cover for wards, clinics and theatre lists and to complete salary returns.
