Job summary
DSFS are looking for an ICT Application Support Specialist to join the its ICT Operations team. Whilst previous experience would be useful, it is more important that the successful candidate has a positive 'can-do' attitude, an analytical mind and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
DSFS, a subsidiary of Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, is an exciting new enterprise providing estates management, procurement, financial and ICT services to major health care organisations across the East Midlands.

Main duties of the job
Under guidance, the post of Application Support Specialist provides support for a portfolio of information system applications through the complete information systems lifecycle from commissioning to decommissioning. The post holder will provide systems and service management ensuring maximum availability and performance . The post holder will also be concerned with information governance, data quality and security.
