Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North Derbyshire Children's Community Continence Service. We are a small friendly team which is the lead provider for the Countywide Continence Service who supports children and young people aged 4-19 years in the community to achieve their continence potential.
We are looking for a children's registered nurse who has a passion for continence and strives to make a difference to children and young people's incontinence needs.
Applicants need to possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills whilst working independently and as part of a team. The post is for 3 days a week with the option to increase for a limited period which can be discussed at interview.

Main duties of the job
The main emphasis of this role is to provide specialist clinical practice within a defined clinical area/caseload. This will involve working independently with support/guidance from a multi-disciplinary (MDT) as required.
Duties will include, for example, provision of specialist knowledge and key experience in the care and management of children and young people with continence care needs, and working collaboratively with all agencies to promote health, education and well-being of children with continence care needs.
