Ward A4 is a 33 bedded care of the elderly friendly, fastpaced elderly care ward providing highquality, personcentred care to patients with a wide range of complex medical needs. Were looking for motivated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job

We are dedicated to Deliver safe, effective nursing care with dignity and respect at the forefront

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans

- Administer medications and monitor patient progress

- Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and support staff

- Support healthcare assistants and contribute to a positive team culture

- Engage in discharge planning and family communication

- Take part in ongoing learning and development opportunities
