Job summary
Join our vibrant Charity Team as a Supporter Care & Administration Officer and play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with our donors, volunteers, and community partners. Based primarily at our Charity Hub, you will act as the charitys CRM specialist, ensuring supporter data is accurate, up-to-date, and GDPR-compliant, while delivering exceptional donor care. This varied role combines administrative excellence, financial accuracy, and fundraising support. You will process and acknowledge donations, manage internal NHS funding requests, and contribute to the planning and delivery of fundraising events. Your work will directly enhance hospital and community services, ensuring supporters feel valued and connected to our mission. This role is for 15 hours per week and requires flexibility to occasionally work off site to support events. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential. Main duties of the job
As a Supporter Care & Administration Officer, you will be at the heart of our fundraising and supporter engagement activities. Youll provide exceptional donor care, ensuring every supporter feels valued and connected to our mission. Acting as our CRM specialist, youll manage, maintain, and report on supporter data, helping the charity make informed decisions and deliver impactful projects.You will handle a variety of tasks, from processing donations and NHS funding requests to supporting the delivery of fundraising events. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are key, as your work ensures financial and administrative processes run smoothly and compliantly.This role offers variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a real difference to patients, staff, and the wider community.
