Job summary

The post holders main duties will be to provide reception and clerical support, the booking of appointments, collecting and recording data and completion of reports. The post holder needs to be flexible around working hours as to the needs of the service. The role is mentally demanding, fast paced in a clinic environment, you need a clear mind set to complete day to day tasks and a willingness to learn and expand, be an excellent communicator both face to face along with a good telephone manner, computer skills essential for this role.
