Job summary
As a Matron for Community Specialist Services, you will lead and manage our teams to ensure a collaborated approach to patient care focussing on quality, experience and patient outcomes.

You will be at the forefront of these exciting developments, leading your team to deliver innovative and high-quality care that meets the evolving needs of the community.
Main duties of the job
- Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of specialist services, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centred care.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of individual patients.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with NHS policies, guidelines, and standards, maintaining a safe and effective care environment.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, promoting professional development and fostering a positive working environment.
- Engage with patients, families, and carers to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
This role is for 30 hours per week
