Job summary

We are looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to support our NHS charity by helping to run our book and merchandise stall in the main hospital entrance. This is a vital fundraising initiative that helps us support patients, staff, and services across the hospital.

Main duties of the job

Welcoming and assisting customers at the charity stall
Handling sales, including cash and card transactions
Keeping the stall tidy, well-stocked, and attractively presented
Sharing information about our charity and encouraging donations
Supporting stock rotation and restocking as needed
Providing a helpful and friendly presence in the hospital entrance
