We are excited to offer a
secondment/fixed-term opportunity for an experienced and dynamic professional
to join The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust as Outpatient Transformation Lead.
Based within Care Group 3, this key leadership role will drive the strategic
transformation of Outpatient Services across the Trust, improving patient care,
efficiency, and experience in line with national priorities such as the NHS
Long Term Plan.
Youll work collaboratively with senior clinical
and operational leaders to deliver the Trusts Outpatient Service Strategy and
lead the implementation of a comprehensive transformation programme. This is a
unique opportunity to shape how we deliver care, reduce face-to-face
appointments, and enhance digital and pathway-led approaches.
The successful candidate will need to be a
confident leader with significant NHS operational and project management
experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering
measurable change. The role may require working across multiple sites and
