Job summary

A Charity Hub Volunteer will be the welcoming face of our charity, providing information and support to patients, visitors, and staff. Your presence will help increase awareness of our charity's work, assist with donations, and ensure a friendly and informative experience for everyone who visits the hub.

Main duties of the job

Greet and engage warmly with members of the public and hospital staff who visit the Charity Hub

Provide information about the charitys mission, current appeals, and upcoming events

Assist individuals who wish to make donations and issue donation receipts

Support hospital staff with enquiries about charity funding requests

Answer telephone calls and respond to basic email queries as needed

Use the computer to access information, log interactions, and record donations

Keep the Charity Hub area tidy and well-presented

Report any concerns or issues to the Fundraising Team
