Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Medical Workforce Recruitment Department for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-organised individual who wishes to develop their skills in the team at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust in the provision of a comprehensive Medical Recruitment service.

Main duties of the job

This post will offer varied opportunities to provide an effective and comprehensive recruitment of Medical and Dental staff. The post holder will need to ensure all legislative and NHS Employers mandated pre-employment checks for medical and dental staff are undertaken. The post holder will need to have an understanding of the service requirements and an appreciation of the concerns and queries of medical employees and divisional management teams. Applicants should be able to demonstrate commitment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as the post involves liaison with Medical Staff and managers at all levels in addition to outside organisations.
