We are looking for a Dental Nurse Manager with drive and commitment to join our Community Dental Service.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and Communication skills who can work with minimum supervision to provide support and leadership to the Senior Dental Nurses.
You must be an excellent team player, reliable and flexible with Operational experience in a clinical environment and current GDC registration

Main duties of the job
The post holder, alongside the Clinical Director/CSM/DSSM will be responsible for the day to day operational management and assist in all aspects of the CDS, delivery of patients services, day to day business, Estates requirements, ensuring updating and compliance of SOPs, managing staff, managing IT requirements, optimising efficiency in the CDS budget
