Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Breathing Space. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-organised admin/clerical member to join our service. The post is to support the respiratory clinical team with admin and reception duties.

We are looking for an individual with a good standard of education, excellent verbal and written communication skills, who are able to interact with the general public and busy clinical team.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an individual with a good standard of education, excellent verbal and written communication skills, who are able to interact with the general public and busy clinical team.

You should possess good general office skills, RSA 1 Word Processing or equivalent, have a pleasant manner and to be able to work well as part of a team and also on your own initiative. You should be able to prioritise well and be calm under pressure. Good keyboard skills are essential. Knowledge of SystmOne and Meditech would be an advantage.
