Job summary

It is an exciting time in Rotherham NHS Foundation Trusts, Community Division, where our real focus is on delivering high quality, evidence based, complex care, to patients in their own homes. We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Support Workers to work as part of our Adult Community Out of Hours Nursing Teams. There will be opportunities to grow and develop your clinical skills in a wide variety of areas.

Main duties of the job

To work as part of the Integrated Urgent Community Response Out of Hours Service by undertaking a range of nursing interventions with patients following training and assessment of the post holder competence.
