Here at the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) you will join an innovative, forward thinking team with the collective objective of providing first class rehabilitation to our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the clinical leadership team at the NRC as a band 6 deputy sister / charge nurse leading frontline clinical education. You will work across the 7 day service including long day and night shifts, providing visible and supportive leadership. The role works collaboratively across the multidisciplinary team including Nursing, Therapies and Medical Staff promoting shared learning and high standards of patient care. As part of the nursing leadership team, the post holder will contribute to the Site Co-Ordinator role and develop others into undertaking this role. You will be key in welcoming and supporting new starters through induction and preceptorship, coordinating mandatory training, supporting students, identifying learning needs and delivering engaging education, while maintaining a strong clinical presence and role modelling excellent practice.
