Job summary
  An excellent opportunity has become available, within Clinical Haematology, for an individual that is enthusiastic, self-motivated and a dynamic nurse leader to join Fletcher Ward, an 18 bedded nationally recognised transplant unit -JACIE accredited with pioneering treatment for adults with haematology malignancy including CAR-T, a specialist service for lymphoma, myeloma and other haematological malignancies. It has 3 TYA beds and the Nottingham transplant centre is one of the biggest in the UK. 
 We are looking to recruit a visible ward sister/charge nurse who is a professional role model dedicated to delivering high standards of care and gets the basics right, someone who loves to develop others to become excellent at what they do and wants to make a difference.
 
  Main duties of the job
  You will be self-driven, innovative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be highly motivated with a desire to provide the highest standards of care, whilst demonstrating clear leadership. You will be accountable for the efficient and effective operational management of the ward, provide support and supervision of nursing and non-nursing staff; assist in maintaining and monitoring key performance indicators.
