- Specialist knowledge of formulating, implementing and reviewing strategies for delivering organisational development
- Development methods, techniques and tools for effective project management
- Able to demonstrate a commitment and understanding of the importance of treating all individuals with dignity and respect appropriate to their individual needs
Desirable
- Cross sector, functional & interdisciplinary awareness
Experience
Essential
- Experience as an OD Practitioner in a complex organisation
- Project management experience
- Experience of OD Consultancy Cycle
- Experience of implementing organisational development or service improvement interventions, with evidence of outcomes
- Team facilitation and coaching at senior management level and above
- Managing a budget
Desirable
- Knowledge and experience of lean principles
- Complex acute hospital environment experience at a senior level and working with partners across health and social care
Education & Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to master's degree level or equivalent gained through knowledge and experience.
- Professional and specialised knowledge acquired through Master's Degree in OD or similar Teaching
