Job summary
Full-time Clinical Fellow in Paediatric Neurology with a responsibility in paediatric neurology for Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
This post allows the clinical fellow to gain a broad experience in the sub-specialist training in Paediatric Neurosciences within a department providing a comprehensive, tertiary paediatric neurology service.Nottingham Children's Hospital. It is designed for a candidate who is post CCT in paediatrics and is planning a career in paediatric neurology at consultant level.
The post provides in-patient and outpatient experience in a busy tertiary centre. There are close working relationships with the Departments of Neuroradiology, Neurophysiology, Neurosurgery and Paediatric Intensive Care. Support and supervision will be available from senior colleagues at all times.
The Paediatric Neurology service within the Nottingham Childrens Hospital at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust provides secondary and tertiary care for more than 2.25 million total population; 450,000 children and young people.
Main duties of the job

The Paediatric Neurology service is provided across both campuses of the Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, as well as in regional outreach clinics, but your primary base will be QMC.
