Job summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic registered children's nurse to work within the Nottingham Children's Gastroenterology team .
The successful candidate will join a team of other specialist nurses caring for children with Inflammatory bowel disease and complex liver problems. You will be hospital based with a responsibility to see children in inpatient and outpatient settings and to liaise with families at home.

The successful candidate will work as a specialist nurse within an established multi-professional team caring for children and young people with inflammatory bowel disease and liver problems.
You will be hospital based supporting complex in-patient care and facilitating discharge plans for the patient group. Much of the work is undertaken on an outreach basis by virtual nurse-led clinics providing clinical advice and support to families caring for children with long term conditions at home. You will also lead nurse-led clinics and support multi-professional outpatient clinics.
